Lips Additional Touch-Up

Service Description

Previous work from another artist does not qualify for this service. Kristela Ink clients only. Please call or email if you have any concerns prior to booking. Touch-ups needed for existing clients after 2 months and before 8 months post last session. If you missed your 4-8 week touch up with Kristela then this is the option to book for your 2nd session. PRE PROCEDURE MUST DO: We cannot work on dry cracked lips as it will not retain pigment very well and will be harder to work on due to excessive bleeding and more sensitivity. PLEASE EXFOLIATE within 1 week prior to your appointment and keep them moist daily prior to appointment. They must be in a healthy state or we will need to reschedule your session.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Deposits made online or in-person are non-refundable and non transferable. 48 hours of notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the deposit will be forfeited. If you are sick and can't make your appointment the day of - we will allow a one time courtesy to move your appointment at a new time slot. Deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations (no exceptions). ​ LATE: If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation ​ NO SHOWS: The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and you will have to go through the online booking process again. We respect your time, please respect ours.
