We advise all clients to read and fully understand these terms and conditions prior to making an appointment.
Any Permanent/ Semi-permanent make up is a form of cosmetic tattooing where pigment is placed in the dermal/epidermal layer of the tissue. Retention of the pigment is out of our control, as it is determined by the patient’s skin type, how well they follow after-care procedures, as well as their immune system, therefore no specific result can be 100% guaranteed.

Sorry, no guests are allowed in the treatment room, they are more than welcomed to wait in the waiting room.
No recording or photos during the procedure.
MUST be at least 18 years old to get for all services.
MUST NOT Be Diabetic, Pregnant or nursing, blemishes or pimples on or near the area of procedure, actively taking Acutane or Retin A (must stop for at least a month before procedure), botox within the last 3 weeks, any surgeries pertaining to the eyes in the last month, allergic to red dye or have many allergies to colorants, auto immune diseases and skin concerns like eczema, currently having the flu or common cold.
It is my goal to provide a clean and safe atmosphere, free from distractions and contaminations thank you for understanding.
ALL appointments will require a non-refundable deposit when booking, that will go towards your session. Remaining balance will be due in CASH, Venmo or Zelle on the day of your appointment. We also take credits cards and debit cards as alternative payments. If a deposit isn’t placed after 24 hours of contacting me, it will no longer be on hold and open to the public.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations will result in loss of deposit. If you wish to acquire an appointment in the future, the price of the procedure is required to be paid in full at the time of booking, Your unable to reschedule.
No Shows will in result in forfeiting your deposit completely. You will not be able to make another appointment for any services.
Rescheduling are allowed only ONCE and will require a 48 hour notice, your deposit will transfer to the new date. You will need to check online for the next available appointment time BEFORE contacting me to reschedule. If there are no availabilities, it will result in a cancellation.
Rescheduling more than once will result in forfeiting that deposit. So please make sure you are completely committed to your new appointment date.
*Permanent Make Up Procedures are for serious clients only! I take pride in my work and care deeply for my clients. If you choose to reschedule please understand that you are rescheduling BASED ON MY AVAILABILITIES, if our schedules do not meet, it will result in a cancellation as I only book 1 month ahead. I take the time to block out that day and time for you, making it unavailable for prospecting clients. If you choose to reschedule, cancel or late, it’s unfortunate for me as an artist and other clients who wanted and or need your appointment time. I try my best to
accommodate everyone so thank you for understanding.
Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in a cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule (ONLY if there are availabilities), this will go toward the new appointment date. If you do not put down a new deposit, it will result in a cancellation and you will forfeit your entire deposit.
Each session takes up to 2.5 hours to complete, and shouldn't be rushed. If you are late, it can run into the next appointment, Please be courteous of the person after you, everyone's time is greatly valued.
FIRST TOUCH UP POLICY
After your initial session is completed I will send an email informing you when Is the best time for you to come back for your touch up. Touch Ups are the clients responsibility to schedule an appointment within the given time frame based on my availability. Any later will result in an additional fee stated in your email. You are able to reschedule, once, for your touch up so please make sure you are committed to your preferred date.
ANNUAL TOUCH UP POLICY
Retouches must be scheduled at the advised time period located in the services page, to receive the retouch rate. A desposit of $100 is required upon booking. Appointments scheduled beyond the time period are subject to pay the full service price. Please contact me via text to schedule your annual touch up.
There are many factors that affect the healing process that we have no control over.
Some of the things included:
How you care for your brows, what you put on them shortly after the peeling process.
How your skin heals and retains pigment.
A touch up is highly recommended to fill in any missing strokes or correct any concerns, however, absolutely no guarantees will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results.
Although I'll give my best effort to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less desirable outcome as each client will heal differently.
