1 - 1.5 years from previous last session with Kristela.
Service Description
If you have old work done by another artist, please text pictures of your eyeliner prior to booking. We will need to know when was the last time you got them done, name brand and color of ink used are required prior to assessing the scope of work. If you are an existing client of ours, kindly text a picture of your eyeliner to see how much time is needed to work on them so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits made online or in-person are non-refundable and non transferable. 48 hours of notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the deposit will be forfeited. If you are sick and can't make your appointment the day of - we will allow a one time courtesy to move your appointment at a new time slot. Deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations (no exceptions). ​ LATE: If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation ​ NO SHOWS: The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and you will have to go through the online booking process again. We respect your time, please respect ours.
